The Origin Jacket is one of the earliest sustainable-denim designs created by J’Aime Elle Couture.

Beginning with a carefully sourced denim jacket, the original sleeves and center back panel are removed and replaced with a statement textile selected specifically for you. The original denim cuffs are then replaced onto the new sleeves, preserving the familiar details of a classic jean jacket while completely transforming its personality.

Hand distressing and individually selected patch accents add texture, character, and the signature edge found throughout the J’Aime Elle Couture denim collection.

One-of-One Ordering Process

This jacket is not an exact reproduction of the photographed design. After checkout, you will receive an email to begin your textile consultation and select from the fabrics currently available. Your jacket will then be individually designed and reconstructed using your selected textile and preferred color direction.

The photographs shown represent the design concept, silhouette, and level of detailing. Your jacket will feature a different textile and may include variations in denim wash, print placement, distressing, and patch selection.
